i appreciated the helpful staff. they assisted with directions and recommendations. the location was convenient near public transport. the room was clean and well-kept, it had fresh linens. the complimentary breakfast offered a good start to each day.

i stayed for three nights in october 2024 and was charmed. my room was spacious and clean, located on a higher floor. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar on the 16th floor. the staff provided wonderful service, always making me feel welcome.
the noise from the roof terrace was noticeable one night.

the hotel is situated a short walk from hell's kitchen and the theater district, offering easy access to attractions. it provides a quieter atmosphere, removed from the busier areas. the cruise terminal is within walking distance too.

I found the room surprisingly spacious for this city. The view of the port from the room was great. The staff was attentive throughout my stay. Silas at the front desk was especially helpful. He is a gem.
The rooftop bar was unfortunately closed, disappointing.

Excellent Stay with City Views

I found the front desk staff very helpful. Moussa, the doorman, offered fantastic service. The hotel provided a large room. It had both a shower and a soaking tub, which I used. I appreciated the city view every morning from my room overlooking buildings.
I found no coffee machine in the room and had to request it, it was an inconvenience. I also discovered an unexpected extra charge on my credit card after I got home, and the hotel has not responded to my emails.

The lobby offered complimentary coffee, a nice touch. There was a small snack shop with various overpriced items available for purchase. I could walk to numerous very nice restaurants near the hotel too.

Staff promptly addressed my requests, like bringing extra toilet paper in about 15 minutes. The front desk personnel were informative. I received assistance quickly. The staff changed bath linens daily, and cleaning was regular.
